Hi I’m Andrew, a worldly traveler from Chicago with a big appetite for meeting new people and learning new things. I’ve traveled to over 25+ countries including Korea, Japan, Germany, Canada, Taiwan, and Australia.

I first taught English in Korea for 2 years back in 2013-2015, in South Jeolla and Busan. With my students in Damyang, we created a student blog together which won the Bronze medal in a teacher's contest, and got featured in the local newspaper. Additionally, with students of Jeonnam University, I volunteered on the "Marketing Team" for the "Gwangju International Center."


Since then, I’ve taught thousands of one-on-one English lessons around the world and have accumulated over 45,000 minutes of tutoring online!

Back in college, I majored in both Psychology and Sociology, but my real passion is technology. I recently worked at a digital marketing agency in Austin, Texas for almost 2 years. There, I spoke with hundreds of small and medium-sized business owners and marketing teams in the US, auditing their advertising campaigns and offering custom-made marketing plans.

Currently, I live in Vietnam and when I’m not teaching English, I like to spend my time writing small coding projects with Python. Some of my other hobbies include motorbiking, scuba diving, watching movies, camping, listening to music, and reading tech blogs about cryptocurrencies (like Bitcoin, Etherium, Litecoin, Dogecoin etc) and other emerging technologies.
