Hello everyone, nice to meet you! My name is Libby.
I'm a Canadian teacher living in Kansai.
I love living in Japan. Before corona, I enjoyed exploring Japan and searching for delicious vegetarian food. Now my hobby is riding my bicycle and reading novels.
I am a new tutor on cafe talk, but I have a lot of experience teaching English. I have been teaching since 2009 and I have experience teaching at high schools, English conversation schools, and universities.
I have a Master's degree in Language Education and a PhD in Critical Studies in Education (International education).
My specialty is teaching academic English, including:
-presentations
-writing research articles
-English test preparation (TOEFL, IELTS, Eiken writing).
I am happy to teach in English or Japanese.
Students who are interested in academic English or improving your TOEFL or IELTS scores, I look forward to receiving your lesson request!

カナダの出身ですが現在に関西に住んでいます。
日本に住むのはとても好きでづ！コロナの前に、日本の美味しいベジタリアンレストランを探すのを楽しんでいました。今の趣味は自転車を乗ることと諸説を読むことです。
最近CafeTalkのチームに入っていましたが、英語を教える経験はたくさんあります。2009年から英語を教えています。高校、英会話、大学で教える経験があります。
修士の専門は大言語教育でした。博士は「共生教育論」という国際教育の専門でした。
アカデミックイングリッシュを教えるのが一番得意だと思います。
