Greetings to the Cafetalk Community, 

I’m happy that you have passed by … Before I serve you a cup of mint tea, let me introduce myself. 

My name is Soukaina, I’m from Morocco, and I’m currently a PhD researcher in Organizational Leadership (Offered in English). I also hold a Masters in International Relations from Al Akhawayn University, located in a small town in Morocco known as Morocco’s ‘Petite Switzerland’ for its beauty and for the snow. Because the university hosts international students and faculty, it has been a gate that opened me to other cultures and to people from different countries. 


     I have, thus, accumulated knowledge about culture and how it shapes humans and how it proves our pre-conceived stereotypes wrong most of the time. 
 
     While pursuing my studies, which I have mostly received in English for the last 8 years, I also had the chance to be part of numerous international events and programs. One of them was the longest and the most aspiring as it was offered in France, the Northern region with students from almost all nationalities. 

 

       Moving on in 2016, with the beginning of my career path, I found myself part of another international team of women, who dare to speak their own voice and release their creativity through creating their own artisanal products. And again, into a series of learned lessons about ‘unity in diversity’ and closeness despite any differences. 
 
        In 2017, after having tutored hundreds of students online ESL and engaged in a thousand free conversations on a number of ESL companies as part of my free time activities, I decided to go for a teacher training to become certified and professional, which turned to be a sound decision as it opened to me the door of training at a famous  Cambridge School in Casablanca, known as ‘London Academy’. 
 
     My teaching style is adaptive and creative in nature, meaning that I adapt my level to the students' needs, while providing challenging activities that would arouse their interest in learning more about the topic. I like to provide students with a solid structure, especially regarding the appropriate usage of vocabulary and pronunciation, but also when it comes to drawing their attention to the grammatical mistakes that they make.
 
      Being very excited to share my carefully and effectively designed courses with the Cafetalk community, I will always be here to help you reach your potential, learn new things about culture and travel based on my modest experience and also adapt to your needs, which could simply be:
