Hello, my name is Peter.

I am a Nigerian. I have a good sense of cultural awareness having taught students from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

The most fitting way to describe me would be Cheerful, vibrant, approachable, curious, and fun to be with. I enjoy watching movies. Adventure and action movies are my best. 

When I am not watching, you find me in the restaurant with friends cos I enjoy good food. I love talking to people of different cultures and backgrounds because I got to learn a lot while teaching too. I also enjoy visiting different places because it exposes me to different experiences and increases my knowledge and expands my vocabulary.

    

I have a 120-hour TEFL certification. My 3 years of online teaching experience have helped me develop lessons and courses that effectively upgrade students' English and anticipate the student's learning difficulties. 

One of my strengths is listening attentively to the student's specific needs and creating a plan to achieve their desired goals. Every goal will be measurable. 

I am also a Certified Business English teacher. 

My knack for asking relevant and thought-provoking questions in the classroom will challenge you to think more deeply. 

Every student will feel unique and special in my class.

                                     


My lessons are very conversational and full of stories. Stories we tell each other and stories we create together. New vocabulary will almost always be introduced using pictures and translation. Learning and perfecting a new language is possible and you will see significant improvements in your English fluency after my lessons!


My Rules:

Video recording: Recording the lesson is prohibited but if you notify me in advance, I can provide a recording to help you review the lesson.

Camera rules: Due to the nature of this lesson, turning your camera ON is expected. If you do not have a camera or can't turn the video on, please refrain from requesting this lesson.

Disruptions: Do you have young children or maybe pets who might sometimes disturb the lesson? Don’t worry about that. I understand that noise is inevitable. I don’t mind if your environment is noisy. Once you can hear me and are comfortable with it, then we are good. 

Age restrictions: Everyone is welcome to book my lesson. Children, Teenagers, and Adults are all welcome. Moms with babies/kids are welcome to take my lessons!
