Hey,
My name is Nick. I like to use slides for my teaching lessons. I also use a lot of hand gesturing and I try to keep the lesson fun. I put a lot of emphasis on Grammar and Pronunciation. I have been teaching for almost 2 and a half years now. I have taught ESL for about a year and a half and I taught in a youth academy for one year. I have a Bachelor's of Liberal arts and my 120 hour TEFL certification with Fullcircle. I did Planet Partners in college and I have a lot of international friends from all across the world.
I love to see my students learn and I get a lot of fulfillment out of helping people. I think my first goal as a teacher will be to assess where you are at. I will see what you want and what your needs are. If you do not recnogize a need, I will suggest areas where you can improve. I like helping students of all skill levels. I will have a set plan for your learning lessons, but I can deviate based on what you need.
You should see weekly improvement with our lessons. My goal is for you to learn as much as possible.
My home town is Oxford, MS and that is where I currently reside. I have lived in Mississippi most of my life. I have also lived in Paris, Taiwan, Guadeloupe, South Korea, Germany and other parts of the United States. I have two brothers and two sisters. Both of my parents have passed away.
My girlfriend is from Paris, France and she currently resides in Guadeloupe. I hope she will visit me soon. We have been together for almost five years now.
I am a big fan of sports, gaming, art, travelling and nature.
I hope you choose me! I care a lot and I want to build a relationship with all of my students!
