Hello! I've been living in Italy's Emilia-Romagna Province for about 8 years now. I work as an Italian Sommelier Association certified sommelier at various events.

【Personal history】
After graduating culinary school in Japan, I worked at French, Italian and Japanese restaurants.
I attended a language school here, and then I worked in the kitchen of a local cuisine restaurant while taking an Italian Sommelier Association course, eventually obtaining my certification and becoming a professional sommelier.
Now, I work freelance as a Japanese food caterer, I offer sommelier services at restaurants and food fairs, I do presentation for wineries and visit wineries in Italy to continue my studies.
I am able to customize lessons suited to your individual wishes.
I focus on New World, French and Italian wines.
I offer real Italian conversation lessons, travel-related conversation lessons and please feel free to ask me anything about anything!
