My Favourite Topic

今週のテーマ: 小学校で好きだった科目

When I was in school, my favourite topic to study was Social Studies. Social studies in Canada is about Canada's history and government. I loved learning about the people of my country's history. When I was a child I used to read "Little House on the Prairie" and "Anne of Green Gables." In Japanese it is:

 Both were stories about what seemed to be a simpler time. I wanted to go back in history and live like these characters. I also loved Social Studies because I had an amazing teacher. He was very kind, energetic and he made the information interesting. I loved his class the most and because of him I went to University and studied Politics. I think many of our favourite subjects are decided because we had a great teacher that made it fun and interesting.
