Years a go, someone wanted to start a business but he didn't have the money needed to start. However, besides the money, he also didn't have a clear path as to how and where he wanted the business to be at each point in time. Luckily, he was able to raise the money after some time, started the business but the business ended 10months later and all the money went down the drain. What was the problem?
Starting a business needs strategies, it's like a having a blue print to work with; something you can look back at to see how far you are close to achieving your goals and visions for the business.
