Feeling DISCOURAGED

Signs you're feeling discouraged 
...you feel unwilling to accept new tasks
...you don't feel excited about work or anything else
...you don't see the impact of your work
...you don see any opportunities for the future
...you cannot focus on your work 

If you're experiencing any of these signs, there are several steps you can take to feel motivated again

*Communication
Talk about your problems with a trusted someone. Ask for advice. A person who is not involved directly in your situation will see everything more clear

*Help someone else
When you help someone else, your focus shifts/ changes from your problems to their problems and you realize that everyone is struggling with something.
It will disconnect you from your problem and help asses things differently

*Know your value
Know who you are .
Know your skills and talents, your achievementsand success.

*Get out more
Doing what you love, your hobbies for example,even for 10 minutes daily, helps a lot to relax and release the tension and pressure

*Keep busy
Staying idle, thinking about your problem is like running in circles. Keep your mind on tasks or read , stimulate your brain to avoid going back to the negative situations

*Physical exercise
Exercising makes our brain happy and gives us a feeling of lightheartedness.

*See the big picture
Our souls are forever. This life is a transition to the next dimension. It's not the end, there is more to it than we know or understand

*Make plans for the future
Dream. Hope. Make plans
Give yourself something to live for, to wake up for, to work for.
* Meditate
Time out in silence , at least 5 minutes daily, to delete, erase, block everything that is killing your happiness

* Make a list of things that discourage you, or people that discourage you then work on it to replace each one with positive .
