I am a British lady living as a global nomad in Italian magnificent city of Florence.
I have been teaching English for more than 20 years and lived in seven different countries around the world over the years. I lived in some amazing places such is Kathmandu and Mumbai, working as a native English teacher!
In the last 3 years I have switched to online teaching but that does not prevent me from travelling and spending my time in wonderful places while doing my favourite activity - teaching!
I have been living in Italy, Florence, for the last few months and this weekend I decided to make traditional Sauce Napolitana.
This traditional Italian sauce is made of plump, ripe tomatoes, onion, garlic, herbs and spices.
