Have you heard about decision fatigue?

Recel Mae

It happens when making too many choices makes us feel tired. Even small decisions, like what to eat or which email to answer first, can become hard after a long day.

Decision fatigue can make us grumpy, forgetful, or even give us headaches. Sometimes we delay decisions or rush them, which can lead to mistakes or regret.

We can fight it by making life simpler. For example, Steve Jobs wore the same clothes every day to save energy for important decisions. Making a clear plan, following steps, and asking others for help can also make decisions easier.

Rest, sleep, and taking care of yourself help you think better and make smarter choices.

I have lots of fun topics we can explore together, whether you’re a beginner or advanced. Book my 5-minute trial class, and see you soon!
