Did I do anything meaningful this year? Or did I just waste one year?
No worries! This year, let’s make it simple.
My goal before the end of December is small: to go for a short walk every day, even just for 10 minutes. No excuses, no pressure. Just a little fresh air and movement.
Maybe you can read a few pages of a book each night, or find an "stand-by tutor" online and have a quick chat to practice conversation.
The year isn’t over yet. There’s still time to finish it with a small success and a smile.
あっという間に10月も終わりです。時間があっという間に過ぎますね。
年末が近づくと、なんだか焦ってきませんか？
今年は何かしたかな、もしかして１年を無駄に過ごしてしまったかも・・・
でも大丈夫。今年はもっと気楽に、シンプルに過ごしてみましょう。
年末までの私の目標はとても簡単です。
毎日少しだけウォーキング。たった10分だけでもＯＫ。
焦らず少しずつ、ちょっと運動して新鮮な空気を吸うこと。
皆さんも、毎日ほんの数ページ本を読んだり、「今すぐレッスン」でオンラインの先生とほんの少し話したり、気軽なことから始めてみると良いかもしれませんね。
まだあと２か月もあります。なにか楽しくて有意義な時間を一緒に過ごしましょう！
