New lesson! Let's describe a short video!

Liz English

Many of you are already enjoying my popular 'Describe a Picture' lesson and realising the huge benefits it can bring to your English skills.

Now I am thrilled to announce another new lesson - this time we will be describing videos!

This lesson is effective and, most importantly, fun! We will watch a short video clip together over Zoom, and then we will watch it again (as many times as we like) while describing the action. We can pause and describe particular scenes in detail, and we can also discuss what we found hardest/easiest to describe.

There will be plenty of opportunity for learning new vocabulary and natural phrasing and expressions.

I can't wait to see you in class.
