Goodbye, 2025 — A Quiet Beginning on CafeTalk

Teacher MelE

As 2025 comes to a close, I want to reflect on a very new chapter in my teaching journey — my first three months on CafeTalk.

In that time, I taught one student and held one Business English lesson. Just one. And yet, that single lesson reminded me why I chose to be here.

That lesson wasn’t just about professional vocabulary or workplace communication. It was about confidence, clarity, and helping someone feel more prepared to use English in a real business setting. One lesson may seem small, but every journey starts somewhere.

Beginning on a new platform is a lesson in patience and trust. It teaches you to keep showing up, even when progress feels slow. This experience reminded me that growth doesn’t always happen in numbers — sometimes it happens in commitment.

To future students reading this: if you’re looking for a supportive tutor who understands that learning English, especially for work, can feel challenging — I’m here. We’ll take it step by step, with focus, encouragement, and practical results.

As I step into 2026, I do so with belief in the process and excitement for what’s ahead. This was not the end of the journey — it was the beginning.
