みなさん、こんにちは！Kaorinaです。
今日は「パンパン」という言葉を紹介します。
「パンパン」は、何かがいっぱいの時に使います。
例えば、ご飯をたくさん食べました。お腹が大きくなります。
「ああ、お腹がパンパンです。もう何も食べられません！」と言います。
旅行のバッグに服をたくさん入れました。バッグが閉まりません。
これも「バッグがパンパンです」と言います。
皆さんは、お腹がパンパンになるまで食べることがありますか？
食べすぎには気をつけてくださいね！

Questa espressione si usa quando qualcosa è talmente pieno da non poter contenere nient'altro!
Ad esempio, dopo aver mangiato tantissimo, la pancia diventa tonda e tesa.
Si dice: "Accidenti, sono pieno come un uovo! Non riesco a mandare giù un altro boccone!"
Oppure, quando mettete troppi vestiti in valigia e non riuscite a chiuderla, potete dire che la borsa sta quasi per scoppiare.
Vi capita mai di mangiare fino a sentirvi così sazi?
Mi raccomando, cercate di non esagerare a tavola!

This expression is used when something is so full it feels like it might burst!
For example, after eating a huge meal, your stomach gets round and tight.
You might say, "Ugh, I'm stuffed to the gills! I couldn't eat another bite!"
You can also use it when your suitcase is so packed with clothes that you can't even zip it shut.
Do you ever find yourself eating until you're absolutely bursting at the seams?
Just be careful not to overdo it!
