Simple Morning Habits for a Better Day
I used to wake up feeling rushed and overwhelmed. Then I started adding small, gentle habits to my morning—and everything changed.

Here are the habits that help me start my day with peace and energy:

* Open the curtains immediately
Natural light wakes up your brain and boosts your mood.

* Stretch your body for 1 minute
Just a quick shoulder roll or neck stretch can release tension.

* Set a “daily intention”
For example, “Today I will speak kindly,” or “Today I will focus on one thing at a time.”

* Make your bed
It takes less than a minute and gives you an instant feeling of accomplishment.
