Shadowing Script

Since my work starts very early in the morning, I usually begin my routine around 5:30 a.m.
I believe that how you start your day can make a big difference.

First, I brush my teeth and get ready.

Next, I meditate for about 10 minutes and go outside for some fresh air.

After that, I drink water and study Japanese for about 15 minutes.

This routine is the key to starting my day well.

If I skip it, I feel more tired and it’s harder to focus.

For me, having a routine helps me start the day on the right foot.
