Meeting new people can bring so many interesting things into our lives. For example:

• You can discover how interesting life can be in countries you have never visited.
• You can learn about other people's interests, discover which ones are similar to yours, and find new things that spark your curiosity and make you want to try something new.
• You can meet people who inspire you.

And most importantly, you can make new friends!

Thanks to the useful tools we have today, such as the Internet, we can be much more connected than we were 40 years ago. It is now easier to meet new people, learn new things, and even learn new languages.

Maybe you want to learn a language simply because you are curious, because you want to practice, or because you would like to develop a new skill.

That's why I have “Small Talk” lessons on my profile. They are perfect if you simply want to chat, get to know each other, share experiences, tell each other random facts, or talk about whatever comes to mind.

Conocer nuevas personas puede aportar mucho a nuestra vida. Por ejemplo:

• Puedes descubrir lo interesante que puede ser la vida en países que nunca has visitado.
• Puedes conocer los intereses de otras personas, descubrir cuáles son parecidos a los tuyos y cuáles despiertan tu curiosidad y te animan a probar algo nuevo.
• Puedes conocer personas que te inspiren.

Y, lo más importante de todo, ¡puedes hacer nuevos amigos!

Gracias a las herramientas tan útiles que tenemos hoy, como Internet, podemos estar mucho más conectados que hace 40 años. Ahora es más fácil conocer gente, aprender cosas nuevas e incluso aprender nuevos idiomas.

Quizás quieres aprender un idioma simplemente por curiosidad, porque quieres practicarlo o porque te gustaría desarrollar una nueva habilidad.
