Check this awesome video by TedEd out! It is about the origins (where something comes from) of English. It will explain where English came from, how it has changed over time and how it contiues to evolve.

"to say the least": Phrase that means that what I said beofre the phrase is an under-statement or not all that I could say. It means I could say more if I wanted to.
