Workplace Communication: Speak with Confidence at Work
For adult English learners who use (or plan to use) English professionally and want to move past textbook business English into practical, everyday communication — meetings, emails, feedback, and office relationships.
Best for: Intermediate to advanced learners working in (or preparing for) an English-speaking or international workplace.
Topics: professional introductions, participating in meetings (updates, questions, polite disagreement), email/Slack tone and phrasing, giving/receiving feedback, workplace small talk, making requests and setting boundaries, handling difficult conversations, and clear presentations.
Skills: professional tone and register, concise explanations under pressure, diplomatic language, active listening, meeting confidence, and written communication.
How I teach: Scenario-based and practical — each lesson centers on a real workplace situation (a meeting, an email, a tricky conversation) with real-time coaching and phrasing you can adapt to your own job and industry.
