腰痛解消ヨガ - やさしく整える背骨のメンテナンス -
長時間のデスクワークや姿勢のクセでこわばった腰を、
やさしくほぐしながら整えていくクラスです。
骨盤・背骨・股関節まわりを中心にアプローチし、
深い呼吸とともに体の内側から軽さを取り戻していきます。
