Japanese Business Etiquette

This is a lesson on Japanese business etiquette. We will cover greetings, phone calls, emails, meetings, and more. What phrases should you use? What kind of polite language (keigo) should you use? We will help you solve these concerns.

Description

Business Japanese can be quite challenging, right ?
Polite expressions and keigo (respectful language) can be difficult to master. In this course, we will explore together how to use appropriate language and expressions in real business situations.

This is a 5-session course:
1st Session: Greetings, Self-Introductions, and Conversations with Supervisors
2nd Session: Handling Phone Calls
3rd Session: How to Speak in Meetings
4th Session: Giving a Presentation
5th Session: Visiting a Client’s Company

You will also learn a lot of commonly used sonkeigo (respectful language) and kenjougo (humble language).

The lesson content can be customized based on your requests.
We will consider the situations where these expressions are used and provide detailed explanations through role-playing and other methods.

It’s also fine to take just one session. Let me know what content you’d like to cover during the lesson!
