- This is a lesson pack of 5 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 5 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 4 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 60 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Description

G’day !
 
This is a LESSON PACK of 5 x 50 minute classes about Aussie animals.  I also offer one off lessons as well as 35 minute lessons (and lesson packs too). 

I love all animals, (well almost all of them, I’m not that keen on snakes and spiders) !

So, you can choose your favourite Australian animal or another one that you would like to learn more about, because I have so many favourites, I cannot possibly single out just one.  
 
I think Australia has some of the most amazing and unique animals in the world. So, whether you’re into mammals, birds, reptiles or even marine life, tell me your favourite, or the one that you’d like to learn more about and I will share my knowledge of these beautiful creatures with you in a way that will not only enhance your vocabulary, your knowledge about the animal, but I’m sure we’ll have some fun along the way too.  
 
I cannot even narrow it down to my top 10, but I’ll give you some ideas to choose from:
 
Kookaburras, magpies, cockatoos, emus, cassowaries, fairy penguin (little blue penguin), galahs, Tasmanian devils, dingoes, koalas, kangaroos, tree kangaroos, quokkas, wombats, numbats, bilbies, bandicoots, sugar gliders, possums, flying foxes, echidnas, platypuses or blue tongue lizards
 
Did you know ….
 
that magpies can recognise human faces for up to 5 years?
 
that a kangaroo can pause her pregnancy ?
 
the wombat’s scat is an unusual shape?
 
that wombats have a backwards facing pouch?
 
that cockatoos can not only open a wheelie bin, but they can teach their friends to do it too?
 
that marsupials are animals that have a pouch?

that monotremes are special Aussie animals because they’re egg laying mammals ?  There are only two types in the whole world, and both are found in Australia - echidnas and platypuses.

This tutor's cancellation policy

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

This lesson is “Immediately Confirmed”

If the requested date falls within 30 days, the request will be “confirmed” immediately without having to wait for the tutor to reply.

Requests will be confirmed immdiately expect the first one of a pack. If confirmed immediately, the policy “before request is confirmed” will not apply.

About “Immediate Confirmation”

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 6hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 6-12hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
