Do you dream of writing stories to enhance your English learning? To write stories or poems just for the love of it?
Description
In this hour, English learning will be enhanced through creative writing. We will begin each session with exploring words connected to the theme or topic. The topic will be sent to you before the session. This will give you time to think about what you may want to write. It will give you time to come with your own words.
Through this class, you'll learn more about word context - when and how to use a word which may have many meanings. You'll learn why one word is better to use than another when both have similar meanings. You'll find out how easy it is to use idioms.
There will be time to read aloud what you've written if you choose to do so. Your printed story will be sent to me after the Writing Hour. I will then make corrections - if necessary - and send it back to you.
