I think most of you already know how to enjoy playing instruments or singing, but composing, arranging, and music theory often gets put on the back burner.
Of course, people don’t become a top musician just by studying music theory!
However!!
It is the “lingua franca” of music and the very basics of what you need to know to play music. Knowledge of music theory can help you enjoy playing music more or gain more confidence. It’s absolutely necessary for people who want to take their music to the next level.
Whether you’re interested in learning, but not enough to commute to a music school or you think “It would be fun if I could do it!” or “It would be good to know!”
