🟡【まずは「気量」を満たし、人生の器量を広げませんか？】
パスタを茹でるとき、鍋に少ししか水がなければ美味しく調理はできませんよね。
氣も同じです。
氣は「量 → 力 → 質」の順で身についていきます。
 
まずは「水＝気量」を満々と蓄えること。【水の呼吸】です。
生命力の塊の赤ちゃんのお腹は、ふっくらしていて柔らかい。
そしてぽっちゃりしています。
スタートは、水を貯蔵する「場所」に氣を満々とためることから。
 
その水を火にかけて「熱湯＝気力」に変えることで、初めて本のみなぎった力が使えるようになります。
このレッスンでは、
独自の呼吸法であなたの「気量」を最大化し、人生の「器量」を広げる土台を作ります。

【 レッスンの内容：3つのステップ】
🔸① 氣功太極体操：心身の基盤を整える
その場でできる太極拳の基礎を取り入れた体操で、全身の氣を巡らせます。
 
椅子に座ったままでOK。お飲み物を片手にリラックスしてご参加ください。
繰り返すうちに、自分の「氣」をはっきりと体感できるようになります。
 
🔸② 氣を読む「トンレン」と「内丹法呼吸法」
ここが他にはない、本レッスンの核となる特別なパートです。
 
・慈悲の行「トンレン」： 相手の苦しみを受け入れ、己の安らぎを分かち合う「自他交換」の行法。人格を磨く「ヨガ」の神髄であり、究極の「氣を読む」技術です。
 
・内丹法呼吸法： 「水の呼吸」で【気量】を蓄え、それを熱量のある【気力】へと変えていく、氣を操るための特別な呼吸法を体得します。
 
🔸③ 微細心瞑想：深い変性意識へ
日常の思考から切り離された「変性意識」へと落としていきます。
 
慣れてくると「頭の声」よりも、あなたの「心の声」が囁くようになってきます。
深い瞑想体験は客観性を養い、日常の平常心を根本から変えてくれます。
 

　　　　　　　　　　　

📚 「小さな一歩」—毎日をただ丁寧に生きる

目標という山頂だけを見つめる登山は苦しいものです。
大切なのは、脳が拒否反応を示さないほどの「小さな一歩」を習慣にすること。
「玄関で靴を履くだけ」「1分座るだけ」。
 
「今、この一歩」を楽しんでいると、
不思議なことに、想像もしなかったルートで目標地点に辿り着くものです。
 
平らけき道うしなへる/ 世の中を/ ゆり改めむ /あめつちのわざ （橘曙覧）
この歌が詠まれたのは、幕末という激動の時代。
 
「平穏な道を見失った乱れた世を、天地が激しく揺さぶり、根本から揺さぶり動かし、一新させようとする。天地（宇宙）の神々による偉大な働きであることよ。」
そんな力強い意志と覚悟が、ここには込められています。
 
「あめつち」とは、この世のすべて。
特定の誰かの意思ではなく、「宇宙の摂理」、「自然の理」、「八百万の神々の総意」とも言える流れです。
 
何かを得ようと躍起になるより、自分の歩く道は大きな力ですでに導かれています。
宇宙に任せる気持ちで、呼吸をしてみませんか？

This tutor's cancellation policy

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 24hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • Between 24-48hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
