- The validity period for this lesson pack is 90 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

One-Hour Lesson Plan

Lesson Category: Language English

Objective:
By the end of this lesson, the student will feel more comfortable speaking English in a casual and relaxed environment, improving their conversational skills and confidence.

Lesson Breakdown:

1. Introduction (5 minutes)
*Brief welcome and introduction.
*Discuss the student's goals and interests.
*Establish a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

2. Warm-Up Conversation (10 minutes)
*Casual chat about the student's day or week.
*Use simple questions to encourage speaking (e.g., ''What did you do today?'', ''Do you have any plans for the weekend?'').

3. Vocabulary Building (10 minutes)
*Introduce new, trendy vocabulary relevant to the student's interests.
*Practice pronunciation and usage in sentences.
*Use visuals or real-life examples to make learning fun and engaging.

4. Guided Practice (15 minutes)
*Engage in a role-play or dialogue exercise based on a common scenario (e.g., ordering food, making small talk).
*Provide gentle corrections and encouragement.

5. Discussion Time (10 minutes)
*Open conversation on a topic of the student's choice (e.g., hobbies, current trends).
*Encourage the student to express their thoughts and opinions.

6. Cool-Down and Feedback (5 minutes)
*Summarize key points from the lesson.
*Provide positive feedback and highlight progress.
*Discuss any questions or areas for improvement.
*Set goals for the next lesson.

Homework (Optional):
*Encourage the student to watch a short English video or listen to an English song and note down new words or phrases they find interesting.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
