Master Basic Introductions, Pronunciation, and Everyday Words in Just One Class!
課程介紹
Hello dear students! こんにちは
In this lesson, for speaking we will focus primarily on:
- Learning the most important words and phrases to introduce yourself confidently in English.
- Practicing how to pronounce English words clearly and correctly will help you to read faster.
- The last thing is regaining your confidence to speak fluently in English.
We will be briefly also touching up on sounds:
- L vs. R: light/right, play/pray
- B vs. V: berry/very, boat/vote
- S vs. TH: sea/three, sip/ship
Throughout these years of teaching Japanese students at Hertford College, Oxford. I learnt that sometimes you might struggle with language, to ease that and make you feel like home we would start with basics, getting acquainted with things around you and how you would react to various situations in different contexts. I would be happy to experiment with my teaching techniques that fit best based on your pace of learning.
By the end of the class, you’ll be able to confidently say things like:
Hello! My name is [your name]. I am from [your country]. I like [your hobby]. Talking about your hobbies such as I like playing soccer because...
Being trained and schooled in the UK, I have a British native accent which would help you achieve your ideal pronunciation and conversation skills. We’ll practice together in a fun, supportive way so you feel comfortable speaking. Let’s get started, can't wait to see you in my classroom soon! 😊
