Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Title: English Adventure: Let's Explore Basic English Together!

Subtitle: Fun and Easy English Lessons for Teens, Beginner to Intermediate Levels

Objective: To introduce basic English concepts to teenage learners in an engaging and interactive way.

Lesson Plan:
1. Introduction (5 minutes)
*Greet the student and introduce yourself.
*Explain the goal of the lesson: to make learning English fun and accessible.
*Encourage participation and questions throughout the lesson.
2. Vocabulary Building (7 minutes)
*Start with simple everyday words and phrases.
*Use visuals, flashcards, or gestures to aid understanding.
*Practice pronunciation and encourage repetition.
3. Basic Grammar (7 minutes)
*Introduce fundemental grammar concepts such as sentence structure, verb conjugation, and basic tenses.
*Provide clear examples and encourage the student to construct their own sentences.
4. Interactive Activities (5 minutes)
*Engage the student in interactive activities like simple role-plays, fill-in-the-blank exercises, or basic Q&A sessions.
*This segment should be dynamic and encourage active participation.
5. Conclusion (6 minutes)
*Recap what was covered in the lesson.
*Encourage the student to practice what they've learned outside of class.
*Provide resources or homework assignments for further practice.
6. Feedback and Next Steps
*Ask the student for feedback on the lesson and they have any questions.
*Discuss the next steps in their English learning journey and set goals for the future lessons.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
  • Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
