Description

This lesson is designed for students who want to bridge the gap between "knowing grammar" and "speaking naturally." In this 45-minute session, you will do 80% of the talking. I will act as your "Language Coach," listening closely to provide the proactive corrections and native-level idioms you need to level up.

What We Will Do

  • Proactive Correction: I won’t just listen; I will gently correct your grammar, word choice, and pronunciation in real-time or at natural breaks, depending on your preference.

  • The "Natural Expression" Swap: When you use a "textbook" sentence, I will show you a more natural, native-speaker equivalent to help you sound more authentic.

  • Dynamic Topics: We can discuss everything from current events and cultural differences (like my 12 years in Japan vs. life in Canada) to your personal hobbies and goals.

  • Feedback Report: After our talk, you will receive a summary of the new idioms we discussed and the specific corrections we made so you can review them later.

The Goal

By the end of this lesson, you will feel more comfortable expressing complex ideas without hesitation. You’ll walk away with a list of "natural" phrases that replace stiff textbook English, helping you feel more confident in any social or professional setting.
