Description
This lesson is designed to improve your reading, vocabulary, speaking and discussion skills.
Before this lesson you will:
- choose a short news article to read and share with your instructor
- prepare a short oral summary of the article
- prepare discussion questions related to the topic
During the lesson we will:
- discuss your vocabulary questions
- review the article's main points
- discuss the topic with your discussion questions
This activity is an excellent way to practice reading and speaking while also developing vocabulary and honing discussion skills.
Level: intermediate to advanced
This lesson includes Skype notes during the lesson but no review after.
