課程介紹

This offering is designed for busy people that spend a lot of time in the "head" and have lost touch with the senses. 

I'm here to help you "ground" (find rest in the body), connect with breath, notice sensations that are "speaking" to you (maybe saying, slow down, drink some water, go for a walk...) The body has wisdom that can be listened to throughout the day.

This class is just what's needed if you're feeling highly stressed and need gentle, wise guidance to help you relax, rest, and feel at ease throughout the day. 

It's a brief session and nourishing break that will do wonders.
