[Team Coaching] Unravelling your team（3 or 4 people） relationship and finding the next step.
課程介紹
Hello I am Manatee! I am a qualified and professional coach!
This session is for teams of three or four people working together with the same objectives. All team members are invited to take part in the session. "It's hard to have a heart-to-heart talk.",“We don't feel we are working towards the same goal. “,“This is very important relationship, but lately, our communication is somehow not easy.”…This session support for the team to move on to next step.
*The reservation should be made by one representative in the team.
*This session is provided via ZOOM. All members of the team join the meeting through same link.
*If your team is more than 5 people, please find another suitable lessons for the number of your team members.
"Pre-Consultation & Explanation Sessions" (which can be attended by the consultant alone) are also available.
Using the systems coaching (ORSC®) approach, I support to reveal the "now" of the relationship by unravelling the emotional interactions that exist within the team and the unspoken rules that affect the team relationship and find a new form and a next step.

About me
I am an IT engineer, project manager and coach. I am currently managing an IT team at a non-profit organization and also work as a coach.
Through my own experiences of project management and team management success and failures, I realized and have practiced the importance of coaching to unlock the potential of individuals and teams, and to break individual fixations.
I can also coach in English.
I have an MBA from the Graduate School of Management, Globis University.
My hobby is travelling. I love travelling, especially to Asia to enjoy food!
I have been a supporter of the Kashima Antlers J league football team for 20 years!
