Hello I am Manatee! I am a qualified and professional coach!
If you have concerns about your relationship with your business partner or the team of which you are a member, why not try partnership coaching or team coaching?
"It's hard to have a heart-to-heart talk," "We don't feel like we're working toward the same goal... "." "I'm an important member of the team, but something isn't working." "I've been feeling a bit awkward lately." "I want to strengthen our bond in order to move to a new stage." .
The actual coaching session will include your partner and team members, but this is first a consultation session for you who are concerned about your team or partnership. I will first ask you about your relationship with your partner and the state of your team, and then we will work together to see if the coaching I offer is a match. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have, even if you are wondering if you can get everyone to participate!
Partnership coaching and Team coaching use Systems Coaching (ORSC®) approach to help you to clarify the "now" of your relationship by unraveling the emotional interactions that exist between partners and teams, and the unspoken rules that affect team relationships. About me
I am an IT engineer, project manager and coach. I am currently managing an IT team at a non-profit organization and also work as a coach.
Through my own experiences of project management and team management success and failures, I realized and have practiced the importance of coaching to unlock the potential of individuals and teams, and to break individual fixations.
I can also coach in English.
I have an MBA from the Graduate School of Management, Globis University.
My hobby is travelling. I love travelling, especially to Asia to enjoy food!
I have been a supporter of the Kashima Antlers J league football team for 20 years!
