Agile Scrum Master (ASM®) is a certification and training program that focuses on the Agile methodology and the Scrum framework for project management.
The program teaches the principles and practices of Agile and Scrum, and how to effectively apply them to real-world projects.
The role of a Scrum Master in an Agile team is to facilitate and guide the team in following Agile and Scrum values, principles, and practices, and to help the team continuously improve.
Upon completion of the ASM® training, individuals can become certified Agile Scrum Masters and apply their newfound knowledge to enhance their careers and improve their organization's ability to deliver value.
Key Learning Outcomes:
This course will enable you to:
1. Achieve mastery in using Scrum terminology and its applications.
2. Lead daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and user story development.
3. Generate Scrum artifacts like the product backlog, sprint backlog, completed deliverables, and definition of "done".
4. Conduct distributed Scrum with teams located in various locations.
5. Advance to a ScrumMaster position in organizations that employ Scrum.
6. Configure and manage projects on JIRA cloud.
7. Apply best practices for maximum benefits from the Scrum methodology.
