ダイエットに筋トレやエクササイズはもちろんですが、ストレッチも本当に大切なんです。
1日20分、週に2回ほどでもストレッチをするだけで身体は変わりますよ!!
肩こり、腰痛も軽減させましょう!
このご時世、思うように外に出られずモヤモヤすることもありますが、ストレッチをして気分をスッキリさせましょう♪
