Description
ガチガチに固まった肩や、重く感じる腰を「短時間でしっかり」ケアする30分のヨガレッスンです。
肩甲骨まわり・股関節まわりを中心に、呼吸に合わせて気持ちよく伸びるストレッチをたっぷり取り入れ、こわばりをやさしく解消していきます。
短時間でも体がふっと軽くなる感覚を味わえる内容で、デスクワーク疲れや育児の合間のリフレッシュにもぴったり。
初心者の方、運動が久しぶりの方でも無理なく参加できます。
