This is a 30-minute guided meditation session based on a gentle “theme of the day.”
Each session starts with a short keyword like “Letting go,” “Gratitude,” “Being in the present moment,” or “Self-kindness.”
The theme helps you return to yourself—to breathe, to pause, and to simply be.
Whether you're new to meditation or looking for a peaceful routine to center yourself, this lesson offers a quiet and safe space for you to reconnect.

🌏About the Instructor
I participated in a 10-day, 100-hour Vipassana meditation retreat in Indonesia.
Since then, I’ve continued my journey while traveling—and I’ve noticed a deep inner shift.
Even when unexpected things happen or I feel alone,
I’m now able to remain calm and grounded.
Through meditation, I’ve learned to live more in the present,
to be grateful for small moments, and to stay centered in a world that’s always changing.
I created this lesson to share that stillness and clarity with others who may need it too.
