If you wish, we will secure lesson time on the same day of the week.
Of course, lessons that are not regular are possible.

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.
Example
Here's how a pack of 4 lessons priced at 8,000 Points would work.
- The student pays 8,000 points when he/she makes the first request.
- When the tutor confirms the request, 3 coupons will be issued to the student automatically. (These coupons will take the form of 100% discount coupons and will be valid for whatever number of days you specify in your pack-lesson settings)
- Once the coupons are issued, students can make subsequent requests using the coupons.
- The sales and fee for the entire pack will be distributed evenly across each request. So, in this example, each request will have a sale of 2,000 Points and a corresponding fee.

課程預約確定前
- 隨時可以取消。
課程預約確定後
- 課程時間前 24 小時以上→ 隨時可以取消。
- 課程時間前 24 小時內 → 講師將可能收取消費。
