Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 14 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 14 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 13 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 60 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Detalles de la lección

**This is a 14 lesson pack (2 weeks of 15min quick chats), however of course it is not always possible to take a lesson everyday so the package is valid for up to 60 days meaning you can take a lesson every 3 or 4 days if you like.**

In this lesson we can talk about anything at all, current affairs, sports, family, culture, travel - it's completely up to you! If you are not sure, please don't worry, I will always have plenty of suggestions for you to choose from! The most important thing is that we speak about something that is interesting for you and that you have the opportunity to speak as much as possible! 

You will learn lots of new vocabulary and I will help with any grammar or pronunciation troubles that you may have. I will also be sure to help you sound more natural in your speaking, including teaching you any new idioms, slang or sayings that we may use for specific subjects - all in just 15minutes of your time!

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
