Lesson Description:
This fun and interactive Café Talk lesson helps young learners build confidence in speaking English by talking about themselves, their family, hobbies, and favorite things. Students will practice using simple sentences, expressing likes and dislikes, and asking and answering basic questions. The lesson encourages natural conversation through games, pictures, and storytelling — making learning English enjoyable and engaging!
Lesson Objectives:
By the end of this 25-minute session, students will be able to:

Lesson Duration: 25 minutes
Lesson Flow:
1. Warm-Up & Greetings (3 minutes)

Greet the student with energy and a smile.

Quick chat: “How are you today?” “What did you do this morning?”

Play a short “Name & Action” game (e.g., “My name is Mary, and I like to dance!”)
2. Topic Introduction – “All About Me!” (5 minutes)

Show a colorful slide or picture of kids introducing themselves.

Ask guiding questions:

“Who is this?”

“What do you think he likes?”

Introduce key vocabulary: name, age, family, like, favorite, hobby, pet
3. Guided Conversation (5 minutes)

Use prompts to help students speak in full sentences:

“My favorite color/food/toy is…”

Teacher models pronunciation and sentence rhythm.
