Description

  • 首、肩コリの原因となる背中、肩間接を動かしながら、血流アップを図りますデスクワークや日常生活において、緊張状態が続いてしまうと首や肩こりの原因となりがちです。この状態が続いてしまうと、頭痛や腰痛の原因となってしまう事もあります。その時の身体の状態に合わせつつ、血流をよくすることで慢性的なコリを少しずつ緩和していきましょう。
  • 対象:年齢性別関係なくご受講頂けます。座ったままのクラスがご希望の方もOKです
  • 必要なもの:安全に動けるスペース。お水、タオルなど
