Who is this for?
Everyone who is serious about learning is welcome!
For beginners, I'll support you fully in English. For those with some Japanese already, I can switch to English just for the parts you're unsure about. All levels and backgrounds welcome!

I'm learning English myself, so I truly get it — language learning is hard. (`・ω・´)
But Japanese, just like English, is a tool for communication. Not for getting good grades — but for expressing what you think and feel, and sharing it with another person.

Communication skills don't come just from studying. You need to actually speak out loud and practice with a real person. (And yes — facial expressions and tone of voice matter too! )In this lesson, we start by really listening to where you are, what you want, and what's been getting in the way. Then we build a lesson plan together.
The goal is simple: to get the words out in Japanese before you even have to think about it.
I'll be patient, keep things fun, and stay right by your side until you can speak with real confidence.
How the lesson works
① Counseling (first lesson)
Let's talk first. We'll sort out your current level, your goals, and what's been holding you back. Can't quite explain it? That's fine — it'll become clear as we chat. From there, we build your personal lesson plan.
② Moving forward your way
I use online materials with audio, illustrations, and images — combined with original materials — and adjust the mix based on your level and situation. Where we start and how we get there looks completely different for everyone. We'll find the most effective approach for you.
③ Pinpointing weak spots through real conversation
As we talk, I'll naturally pick up on the moments that need attention — and that's where we dig in. I respond flexibly in the moment, and we'll practice rephrasing things into exactly what you want to say. Before long, the Japanese will start coming out before you even think about it.
④ Adjusting as you grow
As lessons go on, things shift — "I want to get the nuance right on this," or "can I say it this way too?" We check in and update your plan as you develop.
⑤ After every lesson
New expressions and grammar points get added to your personal document after every session — review anytime, and add your own notes during the lesson too. Over time, it becomes your very own Road to Fluency journal. (Homework feedback included!)
