Scotland has a lot of traditional foods and interesting traditional cookery.
In this lesson, we shall talk about traditional Scottish dishes and ingredients, such as raspberries, kale, shortbread, cranachan, cullen skink, haggis and oats and porridge.
Some Scottish dishes have distinctive names which you may find on menus, so there is new vocabulary. After the lesson, I will send you links to further information and recipes.
