There is a lot more.
In this course I will introduce you 20 traditional Italian recipes, one for each Italian region. I will explain about each region uniqueness and the story behind each recipe. Then we will study together vocabulary and the correct form to write a recipe in Italian.
IMPORTANT
This isn't a cooking course but a Italian language and cultural course. We aren't going to cook together, but at the end of each lesson you will receive the recipe we studied, so if you want, you can cook later these at your home. I will be happy to see the pictures of your dish!
The first lesson we are going to study is a really easy recipe and then, lesson by lesson, the difficul of the recipes will increase. At the end of the course you should be able to write your own recipes in Italian.
To take part of this course you should have at least an Elementary Italian level.
Explanations about italian history and culture are also available in English.
