Lesson Pack Details
This is a 5-lesson pack. You will be issued 4 “coupons” when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 30 days of the first lesson date.

Title: TOEIC Test Preparation: Building Confidence and Skills
Objective:
*To enhance English language skills, focusing on areas relevant to the TOEIC test.
*To provide a motivating and engaging learning enviroment for the student.
Materials Needed:
*TOEIC test prep materials (sample questions, practice tests, etc.)
*Whiteboard or digital writing pad
*Internet connection for online resources
Lesson Plan:
1. Introduction (2 minutes)
*Greet the student warmly and establish rapport.
*Discuss the student's goals and expectations for the lesson.
*Explain the structure of the lesson and how it will be tailored to their needs.
2. Diagnostic Assessment (3 minutes)
*Conduct a brief assessment to identify the student's strengths and weaknesses in English language skills relevant to the TOEIC test (listening, reading, speaking, and writing).
*Discuss the results with the student to set clear learning objectives.
3. Skill-Building Activities (15 minutes)
#Listening and Reading:
*Present sample TOEIC listening and reading questions.
*Discuss strategies for approaching each type of question (e.g., skimming, scanning, identifying key information).
*Practice answering questions together, focusing on comprehension and time management.
#Speaking and Writing:
*Engage in conversational exercises related to common TOEIC speaking topics (e.g., describing a picture, expressing opinions).
*Provide constructive feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
*Practice writing short responses to TOEIC writing prompts, emphasizing clarity and coherence.
4. Review and Feedback (3 minutes)
*Recap key points covered during the lesson.
*Encourage the student to ask questions and seek clarification on any challenging concepts.
*Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to boost the student's confidence.
5. Homework Assignment (2 minutes)
*Assign relevant homework tasks, such as completing additional TOEIC practice questions or listening to English audio recordings.
*Provide guidance on how to effectively utilize study materials and resources outside of the lesson.
6. Closure (optional)
*Summarize the lesson and express appreciation for the student's participation and effort.
*Confirm the date and time for the next lesson, if applicable.
Throughout the lesson, maintain a professional demeanor, actively listen to the student's concerns, and adapt the teaching approach to suit their learning style. Encourage open communication and create a supportive atmosphere conducive to effective learning.

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

After request is confirmed (fixed)
- More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
- Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
