Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 5 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 5 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 4 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 60 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

最初に簡単な自己紹介をします。
話したいテーマがあれば、それについて話しましょう！
テーマがなくても、普段の会話のように話を広げていけるようお手伝いをします＾＾
レッスン後には、フィードバックを送ります。

【その他】
◇話したいテーマがある方は、当日に教えていただいても対応可能ですが、事前に教えていただけるとスムーズにレッスンができます
◇レッスン中のカメラオフ可能です。予約時かレッスン開始前までに教えてください。
◇ このレッスンは日本語のみで進めていきますので、わからない単語や表現は積極的に質問してください。

【Lesson Flow】
We will start with a short self-introduction.
If you have a topic you want to talk about, we can discuss it together!
If you don’t have a specific topic, don’t worry — I will help guide the conversation naturally, just like everyday conversation＾＾
After the lesson, I will send you feedback.

【Other Notes】
◇ If you already have a topic you want to talk about, you can tell me on the day of the lesson, but sharing it in advance will help the lesson run more smoothly.
◇ You may turn your camera off during the lesson. Please let me know when booking or before the lesson starts.
◇ This lesson will be conducted entirely in Japanese, so feel free to ask questions anytime about words or expressions you don’t understand.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

This lesson is “Immediately Confirmed”

If the requested date falls within 30 days, the request will be “confirmed” immediately without having to wait for the tutor to reply.

Requests will be confirmed immdiately expect the first one of a pack. If confirmed immediately, the policy “before request is confirmed” will not apply.

About “Immediate Confirmation”

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
  • Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
