Hello!
Do you like to dance? I do!
Come and join this short class with me - let's choose a song that we dance to, or make up a choreography for - and enjoy the music and the movements!
Dancing is not only healthy, but it also frees some endorphines (happiness hormons) in us. It's healthy to dance at least once a week (but healthier to dance every day. :-)))) ).
Call me and join my dancing practice! :-)
Dances, I can teach you:
- Latin dances (salsa, bachata, cumbia, merengue, salsa choke, reggaeton)
- Modern dances (contemporary)
- Traditional dances (waltzes, cha-cha-cha)
- K-Pop!!!!
It's advisable to combine this class with other short classes - like a 15-minute talk in English to discuss what we would like to dance to, first, or a 25-minute reflection session after class :-) because here moving is the key! :_)
