Yoga breathing techniques naturally help balance the nervous system.
When you feel emotionally drained, overwhelmed by stress, or affected by negative energy, meditation can be a powerful way to reset, release tension, and return to a lighter and calmer state of mind.
In the lesson, we use yoga-inspired and Tibetan oracle cards to gently reflect on your current state and receive messages that may be meaningful for you at this moment in your life.
You may discover words or insights that resonate deeply with your current situation.
After the card reading, we will practice a short meditation session of around 10 minutes.
If 10 minutes of meditation feels long or unfamiliar, that is completely okay.
I will support you in building a meditation practice comfortably and at your own pace.
Through quiet breathing, gentle seated yoga poses, and mindful awareness, we gradually move into a calm and comfortable meditative state.
Together, we will release unnecessary energy and receive supportive messages though the oracle cards, so that after the lesson you can feel lighter, refreshed, and more like yourself again.
