In this relaxed, no-pressure intro session, we’ll talk about where you are right now, what you're hoping to shift or explore, and whether working together feels like a natural fit. It’s a space for openness, curiosity, and real conversation — no expectations, just connection.
No commitments, no pressure — just a chance to see if this feels right for you.
If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.
